Refunds and exchanges
If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer refunds to the original payment method within 30 days of delivery. Additionally, you can return your product for store credit, or exchange for a different product for up to 60 days from delivery.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To start a return, please complete the following steps:
- Initiate a return using our returns portal: https://tigredetartan.loopreturns.com/
- Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products and fragrance). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
