*Tie-on insert. Tote not included. Inserts are meant to tie onto the handles of your tote; that is how it's attached. There is also a drawstring closure for security. Can be worn open or cinched. Insert will conform to most totes sized similarly to the LLBean Mini, give or take a few inches.
